This is in accordance with regulations from the Ministry of the Environment on EE waste. The buyer is obliged to make it known to the carrier if damage or defect is demonstrated upon receipt of goods. In the event of cancellation during the production phase, we reserve the right to demand payment for all work performed, both in terms of production and construction work prior to the start of production.

SML Lighting’s liability for defects in the delivered goods does not include secondary damage or loss. This only covers the item and not disassembly/assembly, shipping, or other costs. The customer is responsible for sending the defective equipment for repair.
